Anantha Shaiya, a hotel located in one of the busiest temple towns, had great potential but was losing out on digital visibility and online bookings. The challenge was twofold — build a strong online presence with a professional website and manage revenues smartly by connecting with key booking platforms like Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, and others. The hotel needed to maximize occupancy while competing with both local stays and large hospitality chains.

The Execution

We took a holistic approach by designing and launching a modern hotel website that made direct bookings simple and seamless. Alongside this, we managed social media campaigns that built brand recall and attracted both devotees and travelers. On the backend, we implemented revenue management solutions, interlinking the property with major OTAs such as Booking.com and MakeMyTrip through hotel management software.
